Out of state adjustment

North Carolina isn't the best wrestling state but wins and losses from out of state affect in state rankings. Percentages from wrestlers out of state don't compare well to if they wrestled in North Carolina. Ex: Richard Treanor competed in the Walsh Ironman and lost against someone with a lower % than him through ranked wrestlers but is ranked nationally at 113. After the results were put in, he dropped to 2nd at 113 even though he was a state champion and ultimately affected his total %, H2H, team score and as said before, his ranking. Could there be an adjustment or another column added to fix the total % based on wins/losses from in state that show the score of the wrestler when losses and wins from out of state are void to that score? Another column such as total state score(in state only) and next to it the wrestlers total score(out of state included).

Richard Treanor is still ranked 1st. The loss at Walsh barely affected his total score.
