Wake up early morning. Drink two glass of hot water or Mix apple cider vinegar with one glass of hot water and drink it. Avoid white rice completely .For breakfast you can have moongdal dosa ,ragi dosa or fruits smoothies . At 11 am you can have any fruit example one apple. Have Brown rice for lunch. Evening green tea with almonds, makano or peanut. Eat your dinner at 7pm, Dinner should be light.
